We protect customer data with strong access controls, encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest (cloud provider defaults), and least-privilege practices for internal tools. Production systems run on reputable providers.

Healthcare note: Scrubswork is a recruiting platform and does not request, store, or process Protected Health Information (PHI) in normal use. Please avoid sharing PHI in free-text fields or uploads.

Data we collect: account info (name, email, company), usage and subscription details necessary to operate the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Data retention & deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support.
